Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Accountant - CECL & SEC
Reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare CECL calculation models and methodologies in compliance
with regulatory requirements
Provide support for SEC reporting, including financial statements
and disclosures
Collaborate with auditors and other departments to implement CECL
processes and present findings to management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting
5-7 years of experience in public accounting or with a public
company
In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and CECL accounting standards
Experience with financial modeling and data analysis tools
Intermediate skills in Excel and familiarity with financial systems
like Oracle and Workday
