Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Voice Engineer to develop
strategies for engineering VoIP solutions and integrate systems to
meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and engineer integrations between MetaSwitch and Teams
Develop procedures and training materials for team members
Handle customer-managed service provisioning support and interface
with vendors to resolve issues
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
5-7 years of related experience in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Metaswitch CFS and EAS in a SIP environment
Experience with Teams, specifically Voice Administration
Experience with PowerShell related to Teams and Office 365
administration
