Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the bid team to develop winning propositions and
strategies
Oversee the creation of bid documentation and ensure compliance
with customer requirements
Coordinate the negotiation and contract finalization process,
ensuring timely completion
Required Qualifications
5+ years in the IT services industry
5+ years in bid and proposal management focused on IT
Outsourcing
5+ years managing and winning pursuits of $5M or more
Bachelor's degree preferred
Proficiency in project management and managing matrixed resource
teams
