Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Marketplace Insights &
Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Own and track Marketplace KPIs, setting quarterly goals in
alignment with stakeholders
Drive operationalization of Marketplace goals, providing insights
to maximize sales and improve product adoption
Conduct deep dives into Marketplace apps to identify gaps and
opportunities for revenue growth
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, or a similar quantitative
field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
8+ years in analytical roles, with experience in Management
Consulting, Investment Banking, or Private Equity
Experience in high-impact BizOps, Strategy, or Special Projects
roles at a tech company or startup
Expert knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google
Slides
B2B SaaS or B2B Marketplaces experience is a plus
