Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contracts Manager to oversee the
contract lifecycle from negotiation to execution and closure.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of customer, vendor, and
partner agreements
Advise internal stakeholders on commercial contract matters
Manage administrative functions and processes of the company's CLM
system
Required Qualifications:
5-8 years of experience in drafting and negotiating technology
transactions
Solid understanding of contract and transactional law
BA/BS degree; J.D. from an ABA accredited law school preferred
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and HIPAA
Experience with Ironclad CLM is a plus
