Job Description:

A company is looking for a Principal Product Manager to drive strategic product initiatives in clinical data management.

Key Responsibilities

Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and requirements for clinical data solutions
Champion metadata best practices and oversee AI-enabled automation capabilities
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and mentor junior product managers

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
8+ years of product management experience, with 5+ in enterprise SaaS products
Proven success in developing product roadmaps for complex data management solutions
Experience with AI-powered product development and collaboration with data scientists
Hands-on experience with automated workflows for clinical data transformation
