Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Service Desk to lead a team
in delivering exceptional service to managed service clients.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and monitor performance metrics to ensure operational
excellence
Supervise and coach Service Desk staff while overseeing daily
operations
Drive continuous process improvements and ensure compliance with
regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information
Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
10+ years of IT help desk experience, including five years in
management
Network+ Certification preferred
Project management experience
Experience with ticketing systems and remote monitoring and
management tools
