Job Description:

A company is looking for a Demand Planning Manager to join its planning and inventory team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain demand forecasts by analyzing market trends and historical data
Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to support business needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align inventory strategies and production planning

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
4+ years of experience in demand planning
Apparel or retail experience preferred
Knowledge of demand forecasting methods and inventory management principles
Proficiency in demand planning tools and software
