Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager for Outside
Plant (OSP) construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee project planning, design, and execution of OSP construction
projects, ensuring compliance with timelines, quality standards,
and budgets
Manage vendor and contractor relationships, including contract
negotiations and performance monitoring
Conduct risk management and troubleshooting during project phases,
ensuring all safety standards and quality controls are met
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction
Management, Telecommunications, or a related field (preferred)
20-25 years of experience managing OSP construction projects with
expertise in fiber optics and network infrastructure
In-depth knowledge of OSP infrastructure design and construction,
including aerial and underground installations
PMP certification is highly preferred; fiber optic
training/certifications are a plus
Advanced proficiency in project management software and GIS tools
for network design
