Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Clinical Review to join
their Care Management team.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct personnel management activities including recruitment,
training, and performance evaluation
Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and accreditation
standards for utilization management services
Coordinate team workflow and operations, providing subject matter
expertise and conducting audits
Required Qualifications
Current, active, unrestricted registered nurse licensure
Case management certification (CCM) required within two years if
performing case management work
3 years of medical management experience
3 years of customer service or relevant work experience
5 years of clinical experience preferred and 1 year of supervisory
or lead experience preferred
