Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative 1
(Medical Self Pay).
Key Responsibilities
Negotiate payment plans with customers through inbound and outbound
calls
Maintain a 96% quality score by providing superior customer service
and accurate documentation
Execute follow-up procedures for billing and collection of overdue
accounts
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
At least one year of experience in healthcare customer service or a
healthcare certification/degree
At least six months of experience in a high-volume call role or
completion of relevant training
Experience accessing multiple databases simultaneously
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background and drug
screen
