Be part of our continued success by joining our Customer Service team!Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this person will:Handle incoming calls and emails from customers and internal sales teams.Receive and process routine customer orders, inquiries, and/or customer issues related to pending orders.Engage in upselling and cross-selling by recommending additional products or services that enhance the customer experience.Assist customers in selecting the right products or services based on their needs and preferences. This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. We would prefer some Customer Service experience, but it is not required, and we will train the right person.
