Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payroll Accountant who will manage
payroll processes and financial accounting impacts for US and
Canadian payrolls.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multi-state and multi-province bi-weekly payroll processing
and reconciliations
Serve as the primary liaison between payroll, accounting, and
finance teams for payroll-related entries and analysis
Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and maintain accurate
payroll-related employee records
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of advanced multi-state payroll processing
experience
Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree in Accounting, or Certified
Payroll Professional designation required
Strong accounting and payroll skills, with Paylocity and ADP
experience preferred
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Oracle or other major
ERP systems preferred
Ability to work during business hours for the eastern time zone is
strongly preferred
