Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR Operations Analyst to enhance
operational excellence within HR systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage ServiceNow queue for timely resolution of
data-related tickets
Lead data clean-up efforts and auditing projects to maintain system
integrity
Coordinate HR operations for entity merge/name change projects with
Finance PMO
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in HR operations
2-3 years of proficiency in Workday, including Enterprise Interface
Builders (EIBs)
Experience in HR Shared Services or HR Operations environment is
preferred
Strong ability to run reports in Workday
Knowledge of SOX compliance and internal guidelines
