Job Description:
A company is looking for an Instructional Developer to create
engaging eLearning content for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a library of product training videos and hands-on
exercises
Develop training assets independently and collaborate with subject
matter experts
Standardize processes for collaboration and manage a QA process for
training content
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience/training
Minimum 3 years of experience in instructional development for a
B2B SaaS platform
Experience with eLearning tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud,
Articulate, or similar
Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software
quickly
Adept at creating outlines and storyboards for structured training
content
