• The Supervisor – Navigation will perform all duties assigned by the Clinical Operations Managers of the department which is a 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week, 365-days-a-year department. Assists in the planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of the operations and patient care of designated areas.
• Serves as a resource for non-clinical co-workers and patients in the department. Assumes managerial duties delegated by a manger.
• The position is responsible for the oversight of non-clinical teams in accordance with Mercy Virtual mission, vision and strategy. Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or actively enrolled in a bachelor's degree program
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years healthcare experience
