Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Product Counsel to join their
legal team and address legal and regulatory challenges in
cybersecurity, AI, privacy, and SaaS.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct product and feature compliance reviews, ensuring alignment
with legal and regulatory requirements
Establish scalable processes to integrate legal guidance throughout
the product development lifecycle
Collaborate with commercial legal teams on product-related
contracting and regulatory issues
Required Qualifications
JD or US law degree with bar admission in good standing in at least
one US state
8+ years of relevant legal experience, ideally in both in-house and
law firm roles
Strong understanding of SaaS, AI, software licensing, and global
privacy/data protection laws
Proven ability to navigate complex business challenges while
balancing legal considerations
Demonstrated success in collaborating across diverse business teams
in a fast-paced environment
