Job Description:
A company is looking for a Renewable Energy Compliance Attorney
(In-House / Fully Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement regulatory compliance strategies for
renewable energy projects
Advise on permitting requirements and compliance with renewable
Investment Tax Credit programs
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure adherence to
federal and state regulations
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years of legal experience in renewable energy or
manufacturing
Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state laws governing the
renewable energy industry
Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law
school
Licensed to practice law in the state of residence
Outstanding professional references
