Job Description:
A company is looking for an Interim Training Supervisor
responsible for overseeing a Training Team and developing training
programs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage staff scheduling, performance feedback, and career
development for the Training Team
Identify training needs in partnership with department leaders and
create training materials
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and manage the
training calendar
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field, or
equivalent work experience
3 years of experience in education, training, client management, or
project management
Must be eligible to work in the United States without
sponsorship
2 years of supervisory experience preferred
Previous healthcare experience, preferably with a PBM, is
preferred
