Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to oversee
communication, scheduling, and resource allocation for the
production team while managing multiple client projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage 10-15 ongoing projects, coordinating with teams and clients
to resolve issues and gather information
Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to the
Production Operations Process (POP)
Work with Account Executives and the Production team to plan and
allocate resources effectively
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in project coordination or management,
preferably in a digital product agency
Experience in resource planning and managing production
schedules
Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp, Slack,
Float, and Harvest
Experience in the digital product design and development space
Familiarity with agile methodologies
