Job Description:
A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to facilitate
customer onboarding and training for their software products.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the customers' Getting Started Journey
Conduct 1:1 virtual follow-up sessions to ensure understanding of
learning content
Act as a point of contact throughout the Customer Getting Started
Journey
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience supporting SaaS CRM onboarding and
training
Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Strong technical proficiency and ability to learn new software
products quickly
Experience serving as the primary contact between internal and
external stakeholders
Skilled in using Excel for reviewing and troubleshooting customer
data import files
