Job Description:
A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist III,
responsible for managing the orientation experience for
caregivers.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitates virtual training sessions and ensures completion of
onboarding documentation
Updates Home Health Exchange with caregiver attendance and
compliance information
Collaborates with teams to streamline the orientation process and
improve the onboarding experience
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required
Two or more years of experience, preferably in facilitating
orientation and virtual training
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part
of a team
