School ELA.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the creation of K-12 assessments and maintain item
bank content
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop interactive
assessments
Ensure alignment of assessment items with state standards and best
practices
Required Qualifications
Deep pedagogical expertise in state and national standards
2+ years of classroom experience teaching High School ELA
Experience in K-12 assessment development, including blueprint
creation
Interest in utilizing AI tools for content creation
A positive growth mindset and a bias to action
