Job Description:
A company is looking for an Automotive Claims Adjuster to work
remotely and assist customers with their automotive claims.
Key Responsibilities
Handle and adjudicate claims efficiently
Receive intake on new losses and assess contract coverage
Document and investigate new losses while providing excellent
customer service
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years in an automotive service environment as a
Technician or Service Advisor
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Computer proficiency, including MS Word and Excel
Strong analytical skills for decision-making based on contract
details
