Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Training Project Leader to
develop dashboards and reports for training information in the
operations and field teams.
Key Responsibilities
Create Power BI dashboards for training operations and people
leaders in the US & Canada
Leverage monthly data to identify training needs and opportunities
for field service representatives
Drive improvements in internal customer experience and collaborate
with global team members
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in information
analytics, with a preference for Power BI development
Project management experience with effective time management and
organizational skills
Demonstrated self-starter with a team-oriented approach in a
dynamic environment
Experience in driving continuous improvement and change management
initiatives
Ability to build rapport and energize team members while acting
with optimism and humility
