Job Description:
A company is looking for a part-time Accounts Payable
Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Support the coordination of the global accounts payable function,
ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing
Review and process employee reimbursement requests and respond to
A/P inquiries from vendors
Collect vendor billing information and assist with month-end close
activities
Required Qualifications
Located and authorized to work in the United States, specifically
in Texas, Illinois, or Florida
High School diploma; Associate's Degree in Accounting preferred or
equivalent education and training
2+ years of experience in an Accounts Payable or General Ledger
Accounting role
Strong knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
(GAAP)
Experience with NetSuite and A/P processing software is
preferred
