Provider Installation Representative

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Provider Installation Representative to ensure the accuracy of the provider directory.
Key Responsibilities

Make 20-30 outbound calls to provider offices daily
Obtain demographic and address information to ensure the provider directory is accurate
Enter 15-20 provider data updates daily in Provider Data Exchange (PDX)

Required Qualifications

1 or more years of professional experience in a metric-driven setting
1 or more years of professional experience in a support, administrative, or phone-utilization role
Must reside in CST or EST time zone
Availability to work during operating hours: 6am to 6pm EST
Must meet the Work at Home Connectivity policy requirements
