A company is looking for a Senior Vice President of Firm
Development to build a network of independent firms and drive
revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit and develop independent life insurance and wealth advisory
firms
Tailor resources and establish revenue growth plans for each firm
in the portfolio
Collaborate with management on team recruiting and sales
campaigns
Required Qualifications
Minimum of five years of experience in the life insurance
industry
Proven history of business development with leading life and wealth
advisory firms
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively
Experience leveraging product experts and resources for firm
benefits
Self-starter with a strong desire to achieve results in a dynamic
environment
