A company is looking for a ServiceNow ITSM Business Process
Consultant for a remote contract position in the USA or Canada.
Key Responsibilities
Configure, support, and implement ITSM solutions
Conduct workshops and create documentation and user stories
Assist with migration processes related to ITSM
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow
Expertise in ITSM and CIS
Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) is essential
Experience in Business Process Consulting (BPC)
Ability to work independently
