Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Client Services
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate client-specific tasks to ensure a positive customer
service experience
Prepare and maintain documentation for individual client
systems
Review accounts to determine necessary next steps for account
resolution
Required Qualifications
Entry-level position with no specific degree required
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, particularly
MS Excel and MS Word
Experience with software such as Epic, Meditech, Healthquest, and
Star is a plus
Must reside in one of the specified states: FL, GA, MO, NC, NE, SC,
TN, TX, or VA
Ability to work from a quiet, private workspace with high-speed
internet
