Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Auto Collections to manage
their auto collections team and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive debt collection strategies to
maximize recovery rates
Lead and mentor the collections team, fostering a high-performance
culture
Oversee daily collections operations, ensuring efficiency and
compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
7+ years of experience in auto debt collections/operations, with at
least 5 years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations
Experience with debt collection software and familiarity with best
practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
