Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Marketing Expansion
Specialist to enhance the customer journey and drive upsell
opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality customer leads to the Account Management team
to build pipeline and achieve goals
Improve reporting for pipeline delivery, defining sources and
tactics that boost upsell motions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to simplify processes and
improve upsell conversion rates
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
Master's degree is a plus
5+ years of experience in customer marketing or lifecycle
management
Proven track record of managing customer expansion strategies
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven
decision-making
Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems
