Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Call Center to oversee
operational aspects of the Shared Services Call Center.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all operational functions of the Call Center to
meet organizational objectives
Supervise and coordinate activities, ensuring compliance with
policies and procedures
Facilitate employee development and manage performance
evaluations
Required Qualifications
Undergraduate or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Call Center environment,
with experience managing 50 or more representatives
3+ years of healthcare administration experience, including
supervisory experience
Knowledge of human resource management practices and governmental
regulations
Intermediate or advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze
complex data
