Key Responsibilities
Execute comprehensive retention strategies and lifecycle programs
across player segments
Build and deliver targeted retention campaigns through Optimove
across multiple channels
Track, analyze, and report on retention metrics and player
behavior
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in retention marketing or CRM
Experience with marketing automation platforms, preferably
Optimove
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
Basic SQL knowledge or willingness to learn
Proven track record in campaign execution and optimization
