Key Responsibilities
Assess and create training materials in collaboration with client
groups
Curate content for competency-based onboarding and upskilling
support
Establish, implement, and maintain learning plans with training
professionals and clients
Required Qualifications and Education
Experience in instructional design or content development
Hands-on experience in Pharma R&D
Background in clinical research, regulatory affairs, and biotech
training
Project management and change management skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
