Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contracts Manager to support its
Go-To-Market Legal department in managing and negotiating
sales-related contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and manage sales-related contracts from conception
through post-execution
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and address contracts-related
inquiries
Support legal requests for RFPs and manage the processing of
signatures for various documents
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 7 years of related contract management
experience
Experience in reviewing, redlining, and negotiating complex
technology agreements
Understanding of technology sales channels and associated
agreements
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and experience with content
management tools
Ability to learn and communicate standard operating procedures and
guidelines
