Job Description:
A company is looking for a Transition Manager to coordinate
service transition projects and client onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate people and processes for timely completion of client
onboarding or service transition projects
Review client purchase agreements for accuracy and
deliverability
Create and execute project work plans, managing day-to-day
operational aspects and resolving issues
Required Qualifications
3+ years of IT service transition and/or project management
experience
Experience with tools such as ConnectWise, IT Glue, Kaseya VSA, and
Asana
Basic understanding of networking, virtualization, servers, and IT
managed services
Current PMP or ITIL Foundation certifications are strongly
preferred
Bachelor's degree in a technical or business area preferred
