Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. HR System Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain HR information systems configuration and ensure data
integrity
Analyze HR data to identify problems and propose solutions,
providing project oversight
Create and modify custom reports and assist HR staff with
system-related inquiries
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Experience with Workday and HRIS implementation
Strong knowledge of SQL and Microsoft SQL Server tools
Experience in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced
environment
Ability to train HR team members on system processes and
functionality
