Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Counsel - Vendor
Contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, analyze, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts,
focusing on technology agreements
Oversee all contracting aspects of complex commercial engagements
and identify risk mitigation strategies
Provide guidance to internal clients on corporate contracting
policies and lead the review of contract templates
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited law school
5+ years of experience in the legal field, with at least 5 years in
commercial contract negotiation
A minimum of 3 years focused on technology agreements
3 years of direct experience with complex IT contracts and
knowledge of best practices
