Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Consultant to
provide support and education to clients in the real estate
industry.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and support to photographers
and agents
Master the Aryeo & BYOP products and processes
Respond to customers within assigned service levels and resolve
technical issues
Required Qualifications
1+ years of customer support experience, with 6 months in technical
support preferred
Experience with CRM systems
Broad knowledge of online software and relevant technologies
Ability to work effectively with customers of varying technical
proficiency
Flexible schedule, including weekend availability
