Job Description:

A company is looking for a National Medical Director, Occupational Health.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a national strategy to enhance core occupational health services with an outcomes-driven approach
Provide clinical leadership and oversight to ensure high-quality delivery of occupational health services across all sites
Act as a clinical consultant for employers to optimize their occupational health programs and reduce healthcare costs

Qualifications & Experience

MD, DO, NP or PA with active, unrestricted medical license; board certification in relevant fields preferred
10+ years of clinical experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role in occupational health or employer-based primary care
Strong expertise in worksite health programs, occupational injury management, and regulatory compliance
Demonstrated success in driving occupational health outcomes and optimizing clinical performance
Experience engaging with large employers and industry stakeholders on workforce health and safety initiatives
